THE WESTSIDE GUEST HOUSE
Guest Apartments
ABOUT
Enjoy living in your own private home while visiting our small but bustling Midwestern city. Whether it's just you or the whole family, we have a place that will suit your needs. Our one-bedroom apartment sleeps 2 and has an attached garage. We also have two three-bedroom homes that sleep 5-6 people.

Once you're here, you can enjoy sitting on the porch or patio, walking in the wooded park across the street or walking/running/biking on the nearby rails-to-trails Cardinal Greenway. If you’re visiting friends or family, you are welcome to have them over, so long as it's a small gathering. Many area restaurants are close by, with a variety of takeout and delivery options, or you can stay home and cook (each place has a full, well-equipped kitchen).
If you're in the mood to do some shopping, we have unique local shops and antique stores as well as national retail stores. And if you'd like to spend time in a nearby city — Dayton, Indianapolis or Cincinnati — you're only about 1 to 1-1/2 hours away. Louisville is about 2-1/2 hours away and Chicago about 3-3/4 hours.

Although not ADA handicapped accessible, our one-bedroom apartment and one of our three-bedroom places have no interior stairs (although each requires guests to go up one to four steps to enter), and we have shower chairs and toilet rails available for guests.

Whether you stay with us for a night, a week or a month, when you’re here, we want you to have all the comforts of home!

When the weather is nice, there's no better place to enjoy it than the porch of The Residence.
Fortunately, we were able to keep the original boomerang-patterned Formica countertop when we renovated this kitchen.
