THE WESTSIDE GUEST HOUSE
Traveling can be a little scary right now, but we're doing everything in our power to ensure that you can safely enjoy some time away in your own private apartment in our small but bustling Midwestern city. Whether it's just you or the whole family, we have a place that will suit your needs. Stay in one of our two one-bedroom apartments that each sleep up to 4, one of our two three-bedroom apartments that each sleep up to 7 or 8, or in our sunny studio, which sleeps up to 3 (although availability in the studio is limited).
Once you're here, you can enjoy sitting on the porch or patio, walking in the wooded park across the street or taking a walk on the nearby rails-to-trail Cardinal Greenway. If you’re visiting friends or family, you are welcome to have them over. Many area restaurants are close by, with a variety of takeout and delivery options, or you can stay home and cook (everything you need is in the kitchen).
If you're in the mood to do some shopping, we have both unique local shops and antique stores as well as national retail stores downtown and on the city's east side. And if you'd like to spend time in a nearby city — Dayton, Indianapolis or Cincinnati — you're only about 1 to 1-1/2 hours away.
Although not ADA handicapped accessible, our studio, both of our one-bedrooms and one of our three-bedrooms have no interior stairs (although each requires guests to go up one to four steps to enter), and we have shower chairs and toilet rails available for guests.
We follow both Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocols as well as CDC and American Hotel and Lodging Association guidelines for cleaning. We also allow at least 72 hours between reservations, so we all can be extra sure you will be safe, and we provide cleaning supplies, masks, gloves and hand sanitizer for your use while here.
Whether you stay with us for a night, a week or a month, when you’re here, we want you to feel as safe as if you were home!
